Ingrediants…
1. Wheat flour /Gehun ka Aata -2cup
2. Oil – 2tb+1/2ts
3. Salt to taste
4. Ajwain /Carom Seeds -1/2ts
5. Black Til /Sesame Seeds -1ts
6. Water -1cup

Method…
Take a bowl add Wheat flour, 2tb Hot Oil, Ajwain, Black Til, Salt to taste and crumble everything, add water and knead a hard dough..Then make a loi and roll it , cut into squre shape, take a clean comb and keep ata piece then press, pull and roll it.make all roll. heat a Oil, Oil should be medium hot. deep fry the rolls in medium flame till nice golden colour comes. our Aata Minki Roll is ready..you can store in Air tight container and use it gor Months.
