Ingrediants..
1. Wheat flour -11/2 cup
2.Salt to taste
3.Dahi /Curd -1/2 cup+3tb
4.Water -1/4 cup
5.Oil -1ts
6.Jeera/Cumin – 1/4 cup
7. Hing/Asafoetida -Pinch
8.Chilli Garlic paste-1 ts
9.Onion -1
10.Haldi/Turmeric -1/4 ts
11. Garam masala – 1/4 ts
12.Amchur/ Dry mango powder -1/4 ts
13.Boil Potato-2
14.Corriander – 1 ts
15. Tomato saus- 2ts
16.Red chilli flex-1/2 ts
17.Grated Garlic-1
Method…
For chutney- Take a Curd add Tomato sauce, Red chilli flex, Salt to taste, Grated garlic mix it well.
For stuffing- In a pan add Oil, Jeera, Hing, Chili garlic paste, Onion,Garam masala, Haldi,Salt to taste, Amchur mix it add Boil and mash Potato , Corriander mix it. and cool it.
For dough- Take a Wheat flour, add Curd, Salt to taste and water knead a semi soft dough…make loi ,roll it stuff the Potato stuffing then roll like roti and fry it both side apply ghee on top..serve with Dahi chutney, and chole.. our tasty healthy Dahi paratha ..Complete Pujabi Breakfast Thali is ready to eat
