1. Potato -1
2. Carrot -1
3. Corn -1/4cup
4. Matar /Peas -1/2cup
5. Green chilli -3
6. Garlic cloves -7/8
7. Ginger -1inch
8. Onion -1
9. Corriander seeds -1tb
10. Khaskhas /Poppyseeds -1tb
11. Cashew -10
12. Tomato -1
13. Oil -4tb
14. Jeera /Cumin -1ts
15. Rai /Mustered Seeds -1/2ts
16. Curry leaf -8/10
17. Turmeric -1/2ts
18. Red chilli powder -1ts
19. Jeera /Cumin powder -1/2ts
20. Dhaniya /Corriander powder -1/2ts
21. Water -1glass
22. Salt to taste
23. Milk Cream -2tb
24. Garam Masala -1/2ts
25. Corriander -1tb
Method…
Take a pan add Oil, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Corriander seeds, Khaskhas, Cashew, Tomato fry everything in 3-4min in medium flame.. then grind in fine paste.
Take same pan add oil, potato, carrot, peas corn and fry for 2-3min. in medium flame, and keep it side.
In a same pan add oil, jeera, rai, curryleaves, slit chili, halad, red chili powder and grind paste. mix it well add jeera powder, dhaniya powder mix and cover for 2 min. low flame till oil seprate. then add fried vegetables, water , salt to taste mix and again cover for 8-10 min.in medium flame. then add cream, garam masala, corriander and mix . cover for 1min. and Restaurant style mix veg ready to eat.
