Pakoda Kadhi /Kadhi Pakoda

Ingrediants….
For Pakoda..
1. Moong daal / Yellow skinless split -1/2cup
2. Masoor daal – 1cup
3. Red dry chili -3
4. Garlic -3
5. Salt to taste
6. Baking soda -1/4ts
7. Corriander -2tb
8. Onion -1
9. Oil
For Kadhi..
1. Curd -400gms
2. Besan/ Gram flour -1/2cup
3. Water -2ltr.
4. Oil
5. Garlic paste -1tb
6. Corriander powder/ Dhaniya powder -1ts
7. Turmeric/Haldi -1ts
8. Red chili powder -1ts
9. Cumin powder/Jeera powder -1ts
10. Salt to taste
11. Ghee -1ts
12. Mustard seeds/Rai -2ts
13. Cumin/Jeera -1ts
14. Red dried chili -2
15. Bayleaf/Tejpatta -2
16. coriender seeds/Sabut Dhaniya -1tb
17. Asafoetida/Hing -1/4ts

Method…
For Pakoda – Soak Moong daal and Masoor daal overnight..then drain all the water..
Take a mixi jar add soak both daal, Dried red chili, Garlic, Salt to taste and Baking soda and grind everything in fine… this batter transfer into the bowl add Corriander , Onion and mix it well… Heat a Oil, keep flame on medium and deep fry the pakodas till nice crispy and golden brown colour come.. our pakoda is ready..

For Kadhi-
Take mixi jar add Curd, Besan and grind..this mixture transfer into the bowl add Water and mix it..Take a kadhai add 2tb Oil, Garlic paste saute for 30sec. add Dhaniya powder, Haldi, Red chili powder mix well add curd water and keep flame on high. mix it continously till boil not comes.. add cumin powder mix.. once boil comes and kadhi get littile thick and half reduce then keep flame on low.. cook for 5min without stiring. pok all the pakodas and put all pakodas in kadhi.. mix well. add salt to taste mix and gas off..
For Tadka- Take tadka pan add 1ts Oil, 1ts Ghee, Rai, Jeera, Red dried chilli, Tejpatta mix . add Sabut dhaniya, Hing mix gas off and this hot tadka pour over the kadhi. mix it nicely and cover for 5min. then garnish with corriander and Our Pakoda Kadhi /Kadhi Pakoda is ready to serve…
