Tasty Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipe / Crispy Rice Namkeen Cake

Ingrediants…
1. Bhagar Rice /Vrat ka chawal / Sama Rice -1/2cup
2. Curd -1/2cup
3. Water -1/2cup
4. Ghee -1tb
5. Jeera -1ts
6. Green Chilli -1
7. Salt to taste
8. Mix Dry Fruits -1tb
9. Roasted Peanut powder -2tb
10. Dessicated Coconut -2tb
11. Corriander -1tb

Method…
Soak Sama rice in water for 5min. then take a mixer jar add Sama rice, Curd and make fine paste.. In a bowl add grind paste and add Water mix it..
In a kadai add Ghee, Jeera, Green Chilli, and grind Rice batter mix it continously in high flame.. then add Salt to taste, Mix dry fruits, Black raisens, Roasted Peanut powder, Dessicated Coconut, Corriander and mix it well for 5min. in low to medium flame till mixture get thick.. then gas off
Take a Cake mould grease with ghee and pour mixture tap and set evenly.. keep in kitchen counter for 15min. then demould and cut into the picese.
Heat a pan , grease with ghee and shallow fry the cake both side till crispy and golden brown colours come.. our tasty Crispy Rice Namkeen Cake is ready to eat.
