आलू से बनाएं ऐसा टेस्टी व हेल्दी रेसिपी जो आप रोज़ नाश्ते में बनाकर खाएंगे /Easy Breakfast /Aloo Laccha Uttapam /Nashta Recipes
1. Potato -2 mid. size
2. Samolina /Rava -1cup
3. Salt to taste
4. Water -11/2cup
5. Corriander -1ts
6. Curd -1cup
7. Red chili flex -1/2ts
8. Onion -1/2
9. Roasted Jeera /Cumin -1ts
10. Garam masala -1/2ts
Method..
Bowl add Samolina, curd salt to taste, water mix it well and keep side for 10min.
Then add more water,Corriander, red chilli flex, grated Potato, Onion, Garam masala, Roasted jeera mix it well. Take a pan greasE with oil and spread the batter.cover for 1min. then sprinkle some oil and flip it. cook 1min. more.. our tasty & Healthy Aloo Laccha Uttapam ready to eat.
