Ingrediants…
1. Potato -1 Big Size
2. Salt to taste
3. Black pepper -1/4ts
4. Maida /Refined Flour -3/4cup
5. Butter- 1tb
6. Red chilli flex -1/2ts
7. Oregano -1/2ts
8. Corriender
Method…
In a bowl add boiled mashed Potato add salt to taste , black pepper mash it nicely. Then add maida and knead a streachable dough, roll it and cut into small pieces, then make a shape with the help of fork, boil the pasta in medium flame then strain the water. In a pan add Butter, Red chilLi flex, Oregano mix add boil pasta toss it sprinkle corriender ,Our Homemade Aloo ka tasty Pasta without Egg Without Machine is ready to serve
