Ingredient
1. Egg 2
2. Turmeric 1/2ts
3. Chilli Flex 1/2ts
4. Salt as per taste
5. Onion 2
6. Tomato 1tb
7. Capsicum 1tb +1
8. Chickpea Flour 1tb
9. Carrot 1tb
10. Green Chilli 1
11. Corriander
12. Vinegar 1ts
13. Soya Sauce 1/2ts
14. Ginger Garlic 1tb
15. Red Chilli Sauce /4ts
16. Tomato Sauce 2tb
17. Water 1tb
18. Oil
19. White Sesame Seeds 1tb
Method
In a Bowl Add Egg,Turmeric, Chilli Flex, Salt, Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Carrot, Green Chilli, Corriander…Now Add Chickpea Flour and Wisk it well…Egg Batter is Ready
In a Appe Pan….fill it with first oil…then add batter..fry it for 2 min. with closed lid…then turn and again cook it for a min. Our Tasty Egg Bites/Egg Appe is Ready for the Breakfast.
To Give More Chatpata Flavor…Take a Wok Add Oil, Put Crushed Ginger Garlic, fry for 1 min., Then add onion pettles, Capsicum in cubes, Grated Carrot, fry for 2min. Then add Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Tomato Sauce, add water…Then mix it till gravy become thick ..Now Add Egg Bites/Egg Appe…Toss it….Now Add Corriander & White Sesame Seeds….Toss it again…Our Chatpata Masala Egg Bites/ Egg Appe is Ready to Serve…
