Aaj me Rajasthan ki famous Matar Mangodi ki kadhi, Bajre ki Roti and Lal mirch ki chutney bana rhi hun. zaroor banaiyega mujhe comments ke zariye zaroor bataiyega. Thank you very much.

ingredients सामग्री
For Bajre ki Roti

Bajre ka aata (millet flour)
Namak (salt)
Water

For Kadhi

2 1/2 cup chhachh ( butter milk)
3/4 cup Besan ( gram flour)
1/2 tsp haldi powder ( turmeric powder)
1/2 tsp namak ( salt )or as per
your taste
1/2 tsp lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
2 tsp cooking oil
1/2 cup mangodi ( badiyan)
1/2 tsp Rai (black mustard seeds)
1/2 tsp jeera ( cumin seeds)
1/2 tsp sonuf ( fennal seeds)
1/2 tsp dana methi ( fenugreek seeds)
1/2 tsp sabut dhaniya ( coriander seeds)
1/4 tsp heeng ( asafoatida)
7-8 lehsun ki kaliyan (garlic cloves)
Grated ginger 1 inch
2 sookhi lal mirch ( dry red chilli)
Curry patta
1 hari mirch ( chopped green chilli)
3 cup water
Fresh coriander leaves (dhaniya patti)
Fresh ajwain ki patti

For Lal mirch ki chutney

1 cup sock ki hui sabut lal mirch
10-15 lehsun ki kaliyan ( garlic cloves)
1 inch Ginger
1/2 tsp salt namak or as per taste
1/4 tsp heeng ( asafoatida)
1/2 tsp amchoor ( dry mango powder)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp fennel( sounf)
2 tsp coriander seeds ( sabut dhaniya)
