Ingredients सामग्री..

Gatte
1/2 cup besan/ gram flour
1/2 tsp red chilli powder/lal mirch powder
1/4 tsp sonf/ fennel seeds
1/4 tsp ajwain/ carom seeds
1/4 tsp sabut dhaniya/ coriander seeds
1/4 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
1/2 tsp namak/ salt
4 tsp oil

Rice Pulao
2 tbsp ghee/ oil
1 stick cinnamon/ dalchini
1 tej patta/ bayleaf
2-3 long/ clove
2-3 black pepper/ kali mirch
2-3 hari ilayachi/ green cardamom
1 badi ilayachi/ black cardamom
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/4 tsp hing/ asafoetida
2 tbsp hari mirch, lehsun, adarak ka paste/ green chilli, garlic, Ginger paste
1 cup rice/ chawal
1/2 cup fried onion
1 tsp red chilli/ lal mirch powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt/ namak to taste
