Ingredients सामग्री
गाजर मटर की सब्ज़ी (1st side dish)
8-10 गाजर/ carrots
1-1/2 cup peas/ मटर
3-4 green onion/ हरे पत्ते वाले प्याज़
3-4 green chilli/ हरी मिर्च
1 tsp chopped ginger/ अदरक
10-15 cloves chopped garlic/ लहसुन की कलियाँ
1/4 tsp asafoetida/ हींग
5-6 black pepper/ काली मिर्च
3-4 cloves/लौंग
1 tsp dried fenugreek/ कसूरी मेथी
1 tbsp mustard oil/ सरसों का तेल or any other cooking oil
1 tsp cumin seeds/ जीरा
1/2 tsp mustard seeds/ राई
1/2 tsp fennal seeds/सौंफ़
1/2 tsp turmeric powder/ हल्दी पाउडर
1-1/2 tsp coriander powder/ धनिया पाउडर
1 tsp red chilli powder/ लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp or as per taste salt/ नमक
1/2 tsp mango powder/ अमचूर पाउडर
मूली मेथी पालक की सब्ज़ी (2nd side dish)
2 radish/ मूली
1/2 kg spinach/ पालक
2 cup fenugreek leaves/ पत्ते वाली हरी मेथी
1 tbsp mustard oil/ any other cooking oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds/ जीरा
1/2 tsp mustard seeds/राई
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds/दाना मेथी
1/4 tsp asafoetida/हींग
8-10 chopeed garlic cloves/ लहसुन की कलियां
1 tsp chopped ginger/अदरक
2 dried red chilli/ साबुत लाल मिर्च
1 chopped onion/ प्याज़
2 chopped green chilli/ हरी मिर्च
1/4 tsp turmeric powder/ हल्दी पाउडर
1-1/2 tsp coriander powder/ धनिया पाउडर
1 tsp red chilli powder/ लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp or as per taste salt/नमक
1/4 tsp mango powder/ अमचूर पाउडर
3 cloves/ लौंग
बथुआ की सब्ज़ी(3rd side dish)
1/2 kg wild spinach/बथुआ
1 chopped onion/ प्याज़
8-10 garlic cloves/लहसुन की कलियाँ
1/2 inch ginger/अदरक
1 tomato/टमाटर
2 chopped green chilli/ हरी मिर्च
1/2 tsp coriander powder/धनिया पाउडर
3/4 tsp red chilli powder/लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 tsp or as per taste salt/नमक
1/4 tsp asafoetida/हींग
1/4 tsp mango powder/अमचूर पाउडर
2 tsp oil/तेल
1/4 tsp cumin seeds/ जीरा
1/4 tsp mustard seeds/राई
1/4 tsp fennal seeds/सौंफ़
1 pinch fenugreek seeds/मेथी दाना
