Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and oil starts to separate.
5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add chopped bottle gourd (lauki) and mix with the spices. Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
