How to make Fresh Cream at home

Ingredients:-
For Kofte:-
Paneer – 250 gm
Mawa – 125 gm
Corn flour – 5 tsps
Black papper – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp

For Gravy :–
Milk – 1 glass
Fresh cream – 1 cup
Garlic – 8 – 10 kaliyan
Ginger – 1/2 Inch
Onion boiled – 2
Melon seeds – 60 gm
Cashew – 60 gm
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Kastoori meethi – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Mustard oil – 2 tsp

Sabat Masala :-
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli – 1
B;ack cardamom – 1
Green cardamom – 3
Cloves – 2
Corianders seeds – 1/2 tsp
