Ingredients:

For the chicken
500 gms chicken with bone
1 tsps ginger paste
1 tsps garlic paste
salt to taste
1/2 tsps red chilli powder
Oil to pan fry

For the Gravy

300 gms roughly slit tomatoes
2 roughly cut onions
50 gms cashew
50 gms almonds
1 tsps Kasuri meethi
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsps sugar
1 tsps red chilli powder
1 tsp chicken masala powder
5 tsps butter
1/2 cup fresh cream
salt to taste
