Maida – 2 cup
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/2 spoon
Carom seeds – 1 spoon
warm water
For stuffing
Oil – 2 tsp
Onion chopped – 1
Boiled green peas – 1/2 cup
Boiled potato – 1 (Big size)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder – 1/2 spoon
Garam Masala powder – 1 spoon
Amchur powder – 1 spoon
Green chilli – 1
Oil for frying
