Ingredients:
* Wheat Flour ( गेंहू का आटा ) – 2 cup
* Gram Flour – ( बेसन ) – 12 cup
* Chopped Bathua ( कटा हुआ बथुआ )- 1 cup
* Corianders Leaves (हरा धनिया )
* Green Onion( हरा प्याज ) – 2
* Onion (प्याज़ ) – 1
* Fresh Curd ( ताजा दही ) – 1/2 cup
* Carom Seeeds ( अजवाइन ) – 1/2 spoon
* Green Chilli ( हरी मिर्च ) – 4
* Garlic,ginger (लहसुन, अदरक)
* Salt to taste ( नमक स्वाद अनुसार )
* Red Chilli Powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) – 1/2 spoon
* Termeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – 1/2 spoon
* Garam Masala Powder ( गरम मसाला पाउडर ) – 1/4 spoon
* Desi Ghee ( देसी घी ) – 2 spoon
