Ingredients
Dahi – 400 gm
beasan – 1/2 cup
water -1.5 liter
cooking oil – 2 tsp
hing – 2pinch
jeera – 1 tsp
methi dana – 1/2 tsp
big onion – 2
green chilli choped -3
tomato choped -2
salt -1 tsp
haldi – 1 tsp
red chilli -1/2 tsp
ginger,garlic paste -2 tsp
gram masla powder – 1 tsp
For pakoda ingedients
beasan -1 cup
salt to taste
red chilli – 111/2
jeera – 1/2 tsp
fresh coriender leaves
big onion – 2
dahi – 1 cup
oil for fry
for tadka
oil -1 tsp
kashmiri lal mirch powder – 1/2 tsp
sukhi lal mirch -5
