Corianders leaves for Garnish
2 tsp Ginger,Garlic paste
Salt to taste
Red chilli tsp 1
Garam Masala tsp – 1/2
Turmeric powder tsp – 1
Meat Masala tsp – 1/2
Dhania powder tsp – 1
Cooking oil large tsp – 2
2 pinch Hing
Sabat Masale:
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Beal leaf
8-10 Black papper
1/2 tsp Zeera
5 Green cardamon
2 Black Cardamon
1/2 Dhania
Javitari
5-6 Cloves
