INGREDIENTS:
1 – cup rice
50 gm – carrot
50 gm – Beans
50 gm – Peas
50 gm – Shimla miarch
50 gm- Cauliflower
1 – Potato
2 – Tamatar
2 – Onion
1/4 – Cup Desi ghee
1/2 – Cup curd
1/2 – Cup oil
Corianders Leaves
Mint Leaves
2 – Green chilli
1/2 – tsp garlic paste
1/2 – tsp ginger paste
8 – 10 Cashew Nuts
15 – 20 Rains (Kishmish)
1/1/2 – tsp salt
1/4 – Red chilli powder
1/4 – Turmeric powder
1 – tea tsp Cumin seeds
1 – tsp Dhania powder
Sabat Masale:
2 – beal leaf
2 – Cinnamon stick
8 – 10 Black papper
5 – Green Cardamon
1 – Black Cardamon
5 – 6 Cloves
