Water to Boil as required

For Tempering

Butter 1 tsp
Finely chopped Garlic 2 tsp
Diced Onion ¼ cup
Diced Green Capsicum ¼ cup
Diced Yellow Capsicum ¼ cup
Diced Red Capsicum ¼ cup
Broccoli Florets 8 to 10 nos
Salt ½ tsp
Chilli Flakes ¼ tsp
Oregano ¼ tsp

For White Sauce

Butter 1 tsp
Milk 3 cup
Grated Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup
All Purpose Flour / Maida 2 tsp
Cloves / Laung 2 nos
Black Pepper Powder ¼ tsp
Chilli Flakes ¼ tsp
Oregano ¼ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Grated Cheese for Garnishing as required
Chilli Flakes for Garnishing as required
