4. Star Anise – 1 nos.
5. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 tsp
6. Black Cardamom (Moti Elaichi) – 1 nos.
7. Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini) – 1 inch
8. Sliced Onions – 1 Cup
9. Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) – 2 Cups
10. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
11. Turmeric Powder (Haldi) – 1/4 tsp
12. Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
13. Salt to Taste – 1/2 tsp
14. Washed Rice – 1 Cup
15. Water – 2 Cups
