Ingredients –
1. Elbow Macaroni – 1 Cup (boiled)
2. Mayonnaise – ¼ Cup
3. Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
4. Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch) – ¼ tsp
5. Salt as per taste – ¼ tsp
6. Chopped Onions – 2 tbsp
7. Chopped Carrots – 2 tbsp
8. Chopped Capsicum – 2 tbsp
9. Chopped Tomatoes – 2 tbsp
10. Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
Method –
1. In a mixing bowl, take ¼ cup of Mayonnaise, 1 tsp of Lemon Juice, ¼ tsp of Black Pepper Powder, ¼ tsp of Salt as per taste and mix well.
2. Now add 2 tbsp of chopped Onions, Carrots, Capsicum, Tomatoes each and 1 cup of boiled and cooked Elbow Macaroni (Pasta) and give a nice mix.
3. Lastly add 1 tbsp of finely chopped Coriander leaves and serve it.
Note –
Adding Veggies as per your choice and taste to make it healthier.
Can add any type of Pasta.
