Lockdown – Honey Chilli Potato Recipe | Easy Starter Recipe | Chilli Potato | क्रिस्पी चिल्ली पोटैटो

Ingredients:

For Potato Batter:

1. Potato Fingers – 2 Cups (peeled and chopped)
2. All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1/2 Cup
3. Salt – 1/2 tsp
4. Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) – 1/4 tsp
5. Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) – 1/4 tsp
6. Water – 1 tbsp
7. Oil to deep fry as required

For Thick Batter:

1. Leftover Potato Batter
2. Water – 2 tsp
3. Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
4. Honey – 1 tsp

For Tomato Chilli Sauce

1. Tomato Ketchup / Sauce – 2 tbsp
2. Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
3. Chopped Garlic (Lasoon) – 1 tsp

Other Ingredients:

1. Oil – 1 tbsp
2. Slit Green Chillies – 2 to 4 nos.
3. Chopped Onions – 1/4 Cup
4. Water – 2 tsp (if required to adjust consistency)
5. Honey – 1 tsp
6. Sesame Seeds (Til) – 1 tsp
