Firstly, Lady Finger (Bhindi) is thinly sliced by removing seeds. Then sliced Lady Finger (Bhindi) is coated with Gram Flour (Besan), Rice Flour and Indian Spices like Red Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, Cumin Powder and Garam Masala. This coated Lady Finger (Bhindi) are then deep fried so that they become crispy and tasty snack side dish.

• Lady Finger / Okra / Bhindi – 350 gm
• Rice Flour – 1 tablespoon
• Gram Flour / Besan – 2 tablespoon
• Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch – 1 tsp
• Turmeric Powder / Haldi – ¼ tsp
• Garam Masala – ½ tsp
• Coriander Powder / Dhaniya – ½ + ¼ tsp
• Dry Mango Powder / Amchur – 1 tsp
• Salt – ¾ tsp
• Oil for deep frying – as required
