Ingredients –
· Oil – 1 tbsp
· Chopped Garlic – ½ tbsp
· Chopped Ginger – ½ tsp
· Finely Chopped Green Chillies – ½ tbsp
· Chopped Onions – ¼ Cup
· Chopped Spring Onions – ¼ Cup
· Chopped Cabbage – ¼ Cup
· Chopped Beans – 2 tbsp
· Chopped Carrots – 2 tbsp
· Chopped Capsicum – 2 tbsp
· Water – 2 Cup + 2 tbsp
· Vinegar – 1 tsp
· Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
· Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
· Salt to Taste – ½ tsp
· Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
· Corn Flour – 2 tsp
Method –
· In a cooking pan, take 1 tbsp of Oil and allow it to heat very nicely.
· Once the Oil is heated up, add ½ tbsp of chopped Garlic, ½ tsp of chopped Ginger, ½ tbsp of finely chopped green Chillies, ¼ cup of chopped Onions, ¼ Cup of chopped Spring Onions and sauté then for 1 to 2 mins on high flame only.
· After that add all the chopped veggies such as ¼ cup of Cabbage, 2 tbsp of Beans, 2 tbsp of Carrots, 2 tbsp of Capsicum and mix well.
· Now add 2 cup of Water, ½ tsp of Salt as per taste, ¼ tsp of Black Pepper Powder and give a nice stir add cover the lid and cook on medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
· After 8 minutes, vegetables are nicely cooked, in small bowl take 2 tsp of Corn Flour, 2 tbsp of Water and mix well.
· Add the Cornflour mixture into the pan and stir occasionally until soup thickens.
· Boil for more 5 minutes and our Hot and Sour Soup is ready to serve hot by just garnishing with chopped Spring Onions.
