An apple a day keeps a doctor away, making it the healthiest ever fruit. But eating an apple every day is not so easy as it sounds. On the other hand, Chocolates are not considered as healthy – but those are enormously delicious and almost everyone likes Chocolates. Now here we are up with an amazing combination of a Deliciously Healthy Recipe – Chocolate Apple Candy. You can have this as a Dessert and this will serve you both, Taste as well as Health.

Ingredients –
1. White Chocolate – 1 cup
2. Dark Chocolate – 1 cup
3. Desiccated Coconut – ¼ cup
4. Crushed Peanuts – ¼ cup
5. Sprinkles / Sweet Fennel Seeds – ¼ cup
6. Fresh washed Apples – 2 nos
7. Long Toothpicks – 6 nos

Method-
1. Take Apple and remove both side’s edges of the Apple.
2. Cut Slices of the Apple around ½-inch thick round candy.
3. Remove stem and seeds from the slices.
4. Insert toothpick into the slice from one end and repeat the same to all the slices.
5. Melt the dark and white chocolate with double boiler method (sauce pan half filled with water and above it glass bowl filled with chocolates respectively)
6. Coat the Apple slices with your choice of chocolate coating.
7. Sprinkle garnishing of your choice either desiccated Coconut or crushed Peanuts or Sweet Fennel seeds or just opposite Chocolate over candy.
8. Place the candies on butter paper and refrigerate for 60Min.
9. Remove set candies and it is now ready to serve.
