Cashew Rice Recipe | Kaju Rice Recipe | How to make Cashew Pulao Recipe | Easy & Quick Rice Recipes

What if you could get a Delicious Taste of Cashews that actually flavors like Popcorn! Here we are coming up with an amazing Recipe – Cashew Rice. This is one of the easiest recipe that you can prepare. Since it tastes like Popcorn – Kids will like this food to the fullest and it is healthy with all its Nutritious value.

Ingredients –

1. Cooked Rice – 2 cup
2. Cashews – ¼ cup
3. Oil – 5 tsp
4. Mustard Seeds / Rai – ½ + ¼ tsp
5. Asafetida / Hing – ½ tsp
6. Salt – 1 pinch

Method –

1. In a heating pan add 5 tsp of Oil and let it heat.
2. Then add ½ + ¼ tsp of Mustard seeds (Rai), ¼ tsp of Hing and followed by ¼ cup of Cashews and roast the Cashews nicely until turns into light brown color.
3. Then add ½ tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi) and mix.
4. Furthermore, add 2 cup of boiled and cooked Rice and mix well.
5. Add Salt only if required.
6. Delicious Popcorn as if tasted Cashew Rice is now ready to serve hot.
