It is very easy to make and can be prepared in many ways and that too in very less time. Bajra flour (Pearl Millet) is rich in protein, fiber, phosphorus, magnesium and iron while Lauki (Bottle Gourd) also have many health benefits as we all know. Here we come with some twist in our recipe by making the Thalipeeth with Bajra flour and Lauki so let us taste something new.

Ingredients –

For Dough:

• Pearl Millet Flour / Bajra atta – 1 cup
• Whole Wheat Flour / Atta – 1 cup
• Sorghum Flour / Jowar atta – ½ cup
• Grated Bottle Gourd / Lauki – 1 ½ cup
• Chopped Onions – ¼ cup
• Soaked Flattened Rice / Poha – ½ cup
• Coriander Leaves – ½ cup
• Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli Powder / Lal mirchi – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – ½ + ¼ tsp
• Coriander Powder / Dhaniya – ½ tsp
• Asafetida / Hing – ¼ tsp
• Salt – ½ + ¼ tsp
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Water for kneading as required

Other Ingredients:

• Oil – ¼ cup
