Aloo Masala Recipe | Potato Curry | No Onion No Garlic Curry | Dhaba Style Aloo Sabzi | Aloo Curry

Ingredients:
1. Oil – 2 tbsp
2. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 tsp
3. Asafoetida (Hing) – 1/4 tsp
4. Grinded Peanuts (Peanut Powder) – 1/4 Cup
5. Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) – 1 tsp
6. Turmeric Powder (Haldi) – 1/4 tsp
7. Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
8. Salt – 3/4 tsp
9. Washed Potatoes – 2 Cup (chopped without peeling)
10. Water – 1 Cup
Method:
1. In a cooking pan, take 2 tbsp of Oil and heat well.
2. Once the Oil is hot, add 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida (Hing) and 1/4 Cup of Peanut Powder.
3. Saute the Peanut powder for 2 to 3 mins. on medium flame until color changes.
4. Then add 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder and mix well.
5. Now add 2 cup of washed and chopped Potatoes into the pan followed by 1 cup of Water and mix well.
6. Cover the lid and cook the Potatoes on medium flame for 8 mins or until they are cooked perfectly.
7. Aloo ki sabzi is ready to serve hot with any roti or chapati.
