INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH:
1. Whole wheat flour- 3cup/ 375gms
2. Ghee- 3 Sspoon
3. Salt- 3/4sspoon
4. Water- 1cup+2-3Tsp

STUFFING:
1. Sattu/ Roasted chana flour- 2cup/200gms
2. Onion- 1big
3. Garlic- 15cloves
4. Ginger- 2inch
5. Green chilli-5
6. Carom seeds/Ajwain- 1 Sspoon
7. Black cumin seeds/black caraway/ Mangraila- 1 Sspoon
8. Lemon- 2
9. Mustard oil- 2 Tsp
10. Mango pickle masala- 1tsp
11. Black salt/ kala namak- 1 Sspoon
12. Salt to taste
13. Coriander leaves/ Dhania patta- 2-3 tsp
14. Water- 2-3 tsp

CHOKHA:
1. Brinjal/ Baigan- 3/500gms
2. Potato- 8/250gms
3. Tomato- 3med size
4. Onion-1 big
5. Garlic cloves- 8-10
6. Green chilli- 4
7. Mustard oil- 3tsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Coriander leaves- 2-3 tsp
