7. Rai/ Black Mustard- 1 Sspoon
6. Jeera/Cumin Seeds- 1/2-Sspoon
7. Lal Mirch raw- 2
8. Hing- 2Pinch
9. Haldi/Turmeric powder- 1/2-Sspoon
10. Salt to taste
11. Refined oil- 2 Big Spoon
12. Dhania/ Coriander leaves

CHATNI:
1. Tomato- 2Big
2. Onion- 1 Big
3. Adrak/Ginger- 1Inch
4. Lal Mirch- 2 Raw
5. Urad daal- 1Tsp
6. Haldi powder- Less than 1/4-Sspoon
7. Imli/ Tamarind- 1Small pc
8. Coconut powder- 2 Tsp
9. Refined oil- 1Big spoon
10. Salt to taste

CHUTNEY-TADKA
1. Oil- 1Big spoon
2. Rai /Black Mustard-1 Sspoon
3. Urad daal- 1 Sspoon
4. Red Chilli raw- 1
5. Hing- 1Pinch
6. Curry leaves- 5-6

MIRCHI-FRY
1. Green Chilli
2. Sambhar masala
3. Black salt

POORI
1. Whole wheat aata- 2Glass/ 300gms
2. Salt- 1/2 Sspoon
3. Oil – 1 Sspoon for aata
4. Refined oil for Frying
