20 – kaju (cashews)
20 – pista (pistachios)
20 – kesar (saffron )
1/3 rd tsp – elaichi (cardamom powder)
1/2 cup / 1 bowl – cheeni (sugar)

Kadhi :-

1 cup – dahi (curd)
2 tsp – besan (gram flour)
3 cups – water
1/3 rd tsp – haldi (turmeric powder)
1/2 tsp – dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1 – hari mirch (green chilli)
1 tsp – adrak lehsun paste (ginger garlic paste)
2 tsp – ghee
1/3 rd tsp – methi (fenugreek seeds)
1/3 rd tsp – rai (black mustard seeds)
1/3 rd tsp – jeera (cumin seeds)
2 tsp – dalcheeni (cinnamon sticks)
4 – laung (cloves)
1/4 tsp – hing (asafoetida)
1 – lal mirch ( red chilli )
10 – 12 – curry patta (curry leaves)
1/2 tsp – Kashmiri lal mirch powder
1 tsp – salt
2 tsp – sugar (optional)
Dhaniya patta (coriander leaves)

Khichdi :-

1 cup – rice
1 cup – chilke wala hara moong dal (green moong dal)
1 tbsp – ghee
1/2 cup – aloo (potato)
1/2 cup – tamatar (tomato)
1/2 cup – matar (peas)
1/2 cup – gajar (carrots)
1/2 cup – beans
1/2 cup – gobhi (cauliflower)
2 – pyaz (onions)
1 tsp – rai (black mustard seeds)
1 tsp – jeera khada (cumin seeds)
2 – dalcheeni (cinnamon sticks)
7 – laung (cloves)
1/4 tsp – hing (asafoetida)
2 – green chillies
1 tsp – adrak (ginger)
1 tsp – lehsun (garlic)
1/3 rd tsp – haldi powder (turmeric powder)
