12 – garlic cloves (lehsun kaliya)
3 – Kashmiri Lal mirch (khada)
2 tsp – sarso oil (mustard oil)

1 bowl – curd (dahi)
15 – curry leaves (curry patta)
1/4 tsp – lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
1/4 tsp – black salt (kala namak)

Aloo paratha :-
________________
2 cup – wheat flour (atta)
Salt
1 cup – water
300 gm /5 medium sized – potatoes (aloo)
8 – garlic cloves (lehsun kaliyan )
1/2 inch – ginger (adrak)
2 – green chillies
15 -curry leaves (curry patta)
1/4 tsp – turmeric powder (haldi powder)
1/4 tsp – dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1/4 tsp – jeera powder (cumin powder)
1/4 tsp – black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder)
1/3 tsp – kala namak (black salt)
Salt
1 tbsp – sarso oil (mustard oil)
1/2 tsp – rai (black mustard seeds)
1/2 tsp – jeera khada (cumin seeds)
Refined oil
