Dal makhani :-

50 gm – moong dal
50 gm – rajma
50 gm – chana dal
50 gm – urad dal
1/2 tsp – haldi powder (turmeric powder)
2 – tej patta (bay leaves)
1 – dal cheeni (cinnamon stick)
2 – laung (cloves)
1 – javitri
2 – choti elaichi (green cardamom)
1 – badi elaichi (Black cardamom)
Salt
3 glasses – water
1 tbsp – refined oil
2 tsp – ghee
1 tsp – khada jeera (cumin seeds)
1 large – pyaz (onion)
2 – hari mirch (green chillies)
5 – lehsun ki kaliyan ( garlic cloves )
1 inch – adrak (ginger)
1/2 tsp – jeera powder (cumin powder)
1/2 tsp – dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1 tsp – Kashmir lal mirch powder
1/2 tsp – garam masala powder
1 large – tamatar( tomato)
2 tsp – butter
2 tsp – dal makhani masala
2 tsp – malai (cream)
Dhaniya patta (coriander leaves)

For Makhana Fry :-

15 – makhana (lotus seeds)
2 tsp – refined oil

Butter Naan :-
——————–
2 cups – maida (refined flour)
1/2 tsp – baking powder
1/2 tsp – baking soda
1 tsp – cheeni ( sugar)
1/2 tsp – salt
2 tsp – refined oil
1/2 tsp – kalonji (nigella seeds)
1/4 cup – dahi (curd)
1 cup – gunguna pani (warm water)
