1 tsp – ghee
1 litre – milk
100 gm – cheeni (sugar)
8 chopped – cashews (kaju)
25 – kismis (raisins)
2 – elaichi (cardamom)
Aloo Chokha :-
———————
300 gm – aloo ( potato)
2 – tamatar (tomatoes)
Sarso oil – (for roasting tomatoes)
1 – pyaz (onion )
2 – hari mirch (green chillies)
8 – lehsun ki kaliya (garlic cloves)
Dhaniya patta
Sarso oil – 3 tsp
Salt
Baigan Chokha :-

350 gm – baigan (brinjal)
2 – tomatoes
Sarso oil (for roasting brinjal)
1 – pyaz (onion)
8 – lehsun ki kaliya (garlic cloves)
2 – green chillies
Dhaniya patta
3 tsp – sarso oil
Salt
Chutney :-

1 bowl – dhaniya patta
1 – roasted tomato
8 – lehsun ki kaliya (garlic cloves)
1/2 mooli (daikon)
3 – green chilli
1/2 lemon juice
Salt
1 tsp – sarso oil
1/4 tsp – jeera (cumin seeds)
Mirchi Fry :-

10 – green chillies
1 tsp – sarso oil
1/4 tsp – salt
1 tsp – lemon juice
Sattu Paratha :-

2 cups – gehu ka atta (flour)
1/2 tsp – salt
1 cup – water
Sattu filling :-

1 cup – sattu
1 – onion
10 – lehsun ki kaliya (garlic cloves)
1 inch – adrak (ginger)
2 – hari mirch (green chillies)
Dhaniya patta
1 – lemon
1/2 tsp – kalonji ( nigella seeds)
1/2 tsp – ajwain (carom seeds)
1/2 tsp – kala namak.(black salt)
1/4 tsp – salt
1 tsp – sarso oil
1 piece – aam ka achar (mango pickle)
7 tsp – paani (water)

Just watched.I n from Nepal but half Bihari.I like Bihari food .but in radish we don't use tomatoes Cz lemon is used rather roasted red chilly n ginger works wonders.also in chokha roasted ginger garlic n red chilly tastes better than raw garlic n plz no tomaties in aloo chokha cz moisten n kill taste.still nice try.nice video.luv ur presentation n hard work
