Kadhai paneer:-

paneer cubes – 250 gm
capsicum – 1 medium
onion – 1 medium

kadhai masala :-

Coriander seeds – 2 small spoon
cumin seeds – 1 small spoon
Fennel seeds – 1 small spoon
black pepper – 1 small spoon
Red chilli ( whole ) – 3

Gravy :-

Onion – 1 medium
Tomatoes – 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon
Bay leaf – 1
Cardamom – 2
Kasuri methi – 1 small spoon
Coriander powder – 1 small spoon
Kashmiri lal mirch powder – 1 small spoon
Turmeric – 1/4 small spoon
Garam masala – 1/2 small spoon
Cooking Cream – 4 tsp
Green Chillies – 2
Coriander leaves
Oil – 3 big spoon

Mix Veg :-

Potato – 1 medium
Carrot – 1 medium
Beans – 50 gm
Cauliflower – 50 gm
Capsicum – 1 small
Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon

Garlic – 10 cloves
Ginger – 1.5 inch
Green Chillies – 3
Butter – 1 tsp

Yellow Dal Fry :-

Split Chickpea Lentils + Pigeon pea lentil + Yellow lentils ( Chana dal + Arhar dal + Moong dal) – 1 Cup (125 gm)

Onion – 1 small

Green Chillies – 2
Garlic – 8 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch
Black Mustard – 1 small spoon
Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon
Asafoetida – 1/4 small spoon
Red Chilli – 2 ( dry)

Butter – 1 tsp

Ghee – 2 tsp

Bhindi Fry :-

Okra – 250 gm
Chickpea flour – 4 small spoon
Rice flour – 2 small spoon
Lemon – 1/2
Turmeric – Less than 1/4 small spoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 small spoon
Cumin powder – 1/2 small spoon
Coriander Powder – 1/2 small spoon
Salt
Oil

Puri :-

Wheat flour – 2 cups
Water

Rice :-

Rice – 2 cups
Water – 4 cups
