1/3 tsp – haldi (turmeric powder)
1/2 tsp – namak (salt)
1 tsp – lehsun paste (garlic paste)
1 bowl – water (small)
Sarso oil (mustard oil)
Curry :-

3 tsp – peela sarso (yellow mustard seeds)
3 tsp – dhaniya khada (coriander seeds)
2 tsp – jeera khada (cumin seeds)
1/2 tsp – haldi powder (turmeric powder)
15 – kali mirch (black pepper seeds)
20 – lehsun ki kaliyan (garlic buds)
1 – pyaz (onion)
1 – lal mirch khada ( red chilli)
1 – tej patta ( bay leaf )
1/3 Glass – water
2 tsp – kasoori methi (dry fenugreek seeds)
1 – tamatar (tomato)
1 tsp – salt
1 tsp – Kashmiri lal mirch
3 glass – water
