INGREDIENTS:

PALAK KHICHDI
1. Basmati Chawal/ Rice- 1cup/ 135gms
2. Moong dal/ Yellow Lentil- 1/2 cup
3. Palak/ Spinach- 150gms
4. Pyaz/ Onion- 1 big
5. Tamatar/ Tomato- 1 med
6. Lahsun/ Garlic- 1Tsp
7. Adrak/ Ginger- 1 Sspoon
8. Jeera/ Cumin seeds- 1 Sspoon
9. Haldi/ Turmeric powder- 1/3 Sspoon+ less than 1/4 Sspoon
10. Jeera/ Cumin powder- 1/2 Sspoon
11. Dhania/ Coriander powder- 1/2 Sspoon
12. Lal/ Red Chilli powder- 1/2 Sspoon
13. Garam masala- 1/2 Sspoon
14. Oil- Mustard or of your choice- 2 big spoon
15. Namak/ Salt- 1+1/2 Sspoon

TADKA
1. Ghee- 2-3 TSP
2. Jeera/Cumin seeds- 1/3 Sspoon
3. Lahsun/ Garlic- 1 TSP
4. Raw Kashmiri Red Chilli- 2
