1 – shimla mirch (capsicum)

15 – lehsun ki kaliyan (garlic cloves)
1 inch – adrak (ginger)
4 – green chillies
1/4 tsp – kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
1/2 tsp – lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
1/2 tsp – adrak lehsun paste (ginger garlic paste)

For Batter :-

3 tbsp – corn flour

1 cup – water

For Gravy

4 tsp – soya sauce
2 tsp – tomato sauce
1 tsp – chilli sauce
2 tsp – red chilli sauce
2 tbsp – corn flour
1 cup – water
1 tsp – Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
1/4 tsp – Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
Salt
1/2 tsp – sugar
1 tsp – vinegar

Raita :-

1 medium bowl – dahi (curd)
1 tsp – powdered sugar (pisi hui cheeni)
1/4 tsp – Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
1/4 tsp – kala namak (black salt)
1 pinch – salt
1 small bowl – kheera (cucumber)
1 small bowl -gajar (carrots)
Dhaniya patta (coriander leaves)

Naan :-

2 cups – maida (refined flour)
1 tbsp – warm water
1 tsp – yeast
2 tsp – sugar
Salt
1 cup – water
Refined oil
1 tsp – kalonji (black caraway seeds)
