INGREDIENTS:
MAKUNI DOUGH
1. गेहूं का आटा/Whole wheat flour- 200gms
2. पानी/Water- little less than a cup
STUFFING
1. सत्तू/ Roasted grinded chana- 2 Cup/200gms
2. प्याज/ Onion- 1 big size
3. लहसुन/Garlic cloves-15
4. हरी मिर्च/Green chilli-5
5. अदरक/Ginger- 2 inch
6. हरे धनिया की पत्ती/ Coriander leaves- 2 TSP
7. कलौंजी/मंगरैला/fennel seeds/ Nigella- 1 Sspoon
8. अजवायन/ Carom seeds- 1 Sspoon
9. काला नमक/ Black salt- 1 Sspoon
10. सफेद नमक/ Salt- 1/2 Sspoon or to taste
11. आम अचार मसाला/ mango pickle masala- 1 TSP
12. सरसों तेल/ mustard oil- 2 TSP
13. पानी/ water- 2 TSP
CHOKHA
1. बैंगन/Brinjal- 3/500gms
2. आलू/Potato- 3 med size
3. टमाटर/tomato- 3/200gms
4. प्याज/onion- 1big
5. लहसुन/garlic cloves- 8-10
6. हरी मिर्च/green chilli-4
7. धनिया पत्ती/coriander leaves- 2-3tsp
8. सरसों तेल/mustard oil- 3tsp
9. नमक/salt to taste
CHUTNEY
1. टमाटर/tomato-4/300gms
2. हरी मिर्च/green chilli-3
3. लहसुन/garlic- 1pod
4. धनिया पत्ती/coriander leaves- 1tsp
5. सरसों तेल/mustard oil- 1sspoon
6. नमक/salt to taste
