1. Bengal gram/ Chana dal- 1cup/150gms
2. Bottle gourd/ Lauki- 300gms
3. Onion/Pyaz- 1 med size
4. Tomato/Tamatar- 1 big size
5. Garlic/Lahsun- 2 Sspoon
6. Ginger/Adrak- 1 Sspoon
7. Green chilli/Hari mirch- 2
8. Bay leaf/ Tejpatta- 1
9. Cumin seeds/ Jeera- 1 Sspoon
10. Raw red chilli/ Lal mirch- 2
11. Asafoetida/Hing- 1/4 Sspoon
12. Turmeric powder- 1/2 Sspoon
13. Kashmiri Lal mirch- 1 Sspoon
13. Coriander powder/ Dhania powder- 1/2 Sspoon
14. Garam masala- 1/2 Sspoon
15. Oil 2 big spoon
16. Salt- 1.5 Sspoon
17. Coriander leaves/Dhania patta
18. Lemon/ Nimbu- 1TSP

TADKA
1. Ghee- 3 Tsp
2. Onion/Pyaz- 1/2 medium size
4. Garlic/Lahsun- 3

ROTI
1. Whole wheat flour/ Gehu ka aata- 2 Cup
2. Salt- 1/2 Sspoon (Optional)
3. Water- 1cup

ONION SALAD
1. Onion/Pyaz- 2 med size
2. Black salt or normal Salt- 1/2 Sspoon
3. Kashmiri Red chilli- 1/4 Sspoon
4. Green chilli/ Hari mirch- 1/2 Sspoon (chopped)
5. Lemon/nimbu- 1/2
6. Coriander leaves/Dhania patta (chopped)
