7. Lemon Slice

9. Normal Salt- 1/2 Tsp or to taste
POORI
1. Whole Wheat flour- 200gm
2. Refined oil- 2 Tsp
3. Salt- 1/2 Tsp
4. Boiled Potatoes/Aaloo- 300gms
5. Onion- 1 Small size
6. Green chilly – 2
7. Coriander leaves/ Dhania patta
8. Coriander powder/ Dhania- 1 Sspoon
9. Cumin seeds/ Jeera- 1/2 Sspoon
10. Garam masala- 1/4 Sspoon
11. Karoori Methi- 1 Sspoon
12. Lal mirch powder- 1/2 Sspoon
13. Normal Salt for Stuffing – 1/2 Sspoon or to taste
14. Refined oil for frying
