3 tsp – besan (chickpeas)
5 cups – water
1/3 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
1/2 tsp – dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1/2 tsp – jeera powder (cumin powder)
1/4 tsp – kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
1 pinch – hing (asafoetida)
2 tsp – adrak lehsun paste
