INGREDIENTS:
Instant GREEN CHILLY PICKLE
1. Green Chilli- 150gms
2. Yellow Mustard seeds- 2tsp
3. Coriander seeds- 1tsp
4. Saunf/ fennel- 1tsp
5. Cumin seeds- 1sspoon
6. Fenugreek/ methi- 1/2 Sspoon
7. Kalonji/ black caraway- 1/2 Sspoon
8. Asafoetida/ Hing- 1/4sspoon
9. Turmeric powder- 1sspoon
10. Kashmiri red chilli- 1 Sspoon
11. Black salt- 1 Sspoon
12. White salt- 1.5 Sspoon
13. White vinegar- 2tsp
14. Mustard oil- 100ml
