10-12 BOILED ALOO
2 tbs chopped coriander
1 tbs ginger- garlic paste
1 chopped green chilli
1/4 ts haldi
1 ts red chilli powder
2 tbs thick curd
salt
1/2 lemon juice
1 ts tandoori masala ( optional )
1/2 ts chaat masala
1 ts oil
1 ts kasoori methi
