हल्दी पाउडर – १/२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – १.५ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा – १ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन – १/२ छोटा चम्मच
नमक – १.५ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला – १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हींग – १/४ छोटा चम्मच
कसूरी मेथी – १ चम्मच
खाद्य तेल – ४ + १ चम्मच + पकाने अनुसार

Wheat flour – 1 cup
Gramflour – ½ cup
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder – 1.5 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Ajwain – ½ tsp
Salt – 1.5 tsp
Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
Asafoetida – ¼ tsp
Fenugreek leaves (dried) – 1 table spoon
Edible Oil – 4 + 1 table spoon + to cook
