8. GREEN CHILLI – 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
9. HING / ASAFOETIDA – 2 PINCH
10. CORIANDER SEEDS (ROUGHLY BEATEN) – 1 TSP
11. FENNEL SEEDS – 1 TSP
12. CHAAT MASALA – 1 TSP
13. TURMERIC POWDER – ¼ TSP
14. CORIANDER LEAVES – 2-3 TABLESPOON
TEMPERING (OPTIONAL)
1. DIBLE OIL – 1 TSP + 1 TABLESPOON
