मेथी के पत्ते – १ बंच (६५ ग्राम)
आटा – १ कप
बेसन – १/४ कप
नमक – १/२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – १/२ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन – १/४ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा – १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच
अदरक – १/२ + १ इन्च (बारीक कटा हुआ)
हरी मिर्च – २ + २, बारीक कटी हुई
मीठा सोडा – १/४ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल – १ + २ चम्मच
राइ (सरसों) – १ छोटा चम्मच
तिल – १ चम्मच
कढी पत्ता – १० से १२ पत्ते
हींग – १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

Atte ke namkeen Gatte
Fenugreek leaves – 1 bunch (65 gm)
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Gramflour – ¼ cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder – ½ + ½ tsp
Ajwain – ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ + 1 tsp
Ginger – ½ + 1 inch (finely chopped)
Green Chilli – 2 + 2, finely chopped
Baking Soda – ¼ tsp
Edible Oil – 1 + 2 table spoon
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Sesame seeds – 1 table spoon
Curry leaf – 10 to 12 leaves
Asafoetida – ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
