salt: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/3 tsp
ajwain: 1/3 tsp
black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
shallots: a small handful
green chilies: 2 (or as needed)
ginger: 1/4 inch
curry leaves: 1 sprig
coriander leaves: 2-3 sprigs
water as needed
ghee – 1/4 tsp for each cheela
sesame oil to grease the tawa
