FOR THE DOUGH:
Flour: 1 1/2 cups
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Warm water: 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp
Instant Yeast: 1/2 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Ghee/butter : 1 tbsp, extra as needed.
Garlic Butter:
Butter : 2 tbsp
Garlic: 2-3 cloves, grated
Coriander leaves: 2 -3 tbsp, chopped
